Ministry of Communications Highway Scientific Research Institute ,is a Large scientific research organization affiliated to the Ministry of Communications of China. Our main responsibility is to undertake  scientific research projects, to design roads and bridges, to inspect and reinforce existing roads and bridges, to provide consultancy service and to constitute and revise technical standards and criteria of state and ministry in the field of highways. During the ninth 5-year plan of China, based on the research projects of state and ministry ,the Institute has developed a series of bridge CAD software product based on our powerful strength in software development and abundant experiences in bridge design and construction. The products have enjoyed very good market because of their friendly user-interfaces, advanced technology and high efficiency, and have been highly appreciated by many professionals and engineers. They would be widely used in design, research, teaching, construction and quality control etc. Our clients have spread all over the fields of highway, railway, hydraulic, electric plant, forestry, municipal and so on.
